Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times ( Business Days )

Australia: Australia Post Parcel Post - 5-10 days / Australia Post Express Parcel : 1-3 Days

New Zealand: Australia Post Registered Parcel Post - 8-16 days

USA and Canada: 5 - 21 days

Europe: - 21 days

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

Processing Times

Orders may sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you will receive a notification from SmartiZ via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs or delays with the courier / Australia post processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Returns 
We offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please inspect your parcel as soon as its been delivered, return claims for items that arrived damaged are only applicable for 48 hours from the delivery date. if your item arrived damaged - please contact us within 48 hours to lodge a return claim and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. photos of the items arrived may be required.

Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns for refund or exchange due to change of mind are subject to our approval and may be reduced / required in by the amount of 15% Restocking fee or any applicable shipping and handling fees.

All other approved returns for refund are required in 15% restocking fee (will be deducted from the refund amount).

Declaration:

- Do not wear the product in the shower/bath, in case different PH range of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner or hot water damages the product. 

- If you are removing or tampering with the product casing - the warranty will be voided and we may reject return / servicing the device. 

- it is recommended to not immerse the product in liquid or chemicals, avoid showering/swimming and deep water with the product.  it is the customer responsibility to ensure that the product SIM slot is properly sealed and that the casing has no physical damage on it. waterproofing only apply to properly sealed and undamaged product. therefore - it is recommended to avoid water when possible. a case of water damage due to the above reasons may not be covered by us and we reserve the right to reject returns in this case.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
